I've been busy working on a fun post about making dumplings. Every time I go to take a picture, the light isn't great, so it's coming along slowly.

Boring old angel hair pasta with jar sauce and nooch. Toasted ciabatta bread with a little earth balance and garlic powder. Very simple and plain, but very comforting. There's a cold going around at work and I've finally caught it. I slept 13 hours last night! What a waste of the day. Hopefully I'll pull myself together enough to make some decent posts.

nothing is boring with nooch

I get very picture frustrated sometimes! I know exactly what you mean. :)

13 hours is hardly a waste! I'd say it's glorious, especially if you're chilly and sniffly. Then again, that's easy for me to say as I sit at work, pining for my bed. :)

For boring, it looks awfully delicious. Hope you're feeling better.

Hope you feel better soon!

I also love "nooch". I keep some in a used spice container and place it on the kitchen table and whenever I eat something that's compatible with it, I sprinkle a ton on. It's to bad we can't bake with it though(seems to disactivate the yeast in my experience), otherwise I would make "nooch" bread!

I love your pasta recipe. Favorite vegan. I’m in love with noodles and pasta. It’s Yummy and simply irresistable. But the thing I’m afraid is it contains so much carbohydrate. But now I found a new way to replace normal Pasta and noodles. Do you know about Vietnamese brown Rice noodle? It’s 100 percent good for your health. So thrilled to come across this Vietnamese noodle soup Happy Pho. It takes 15 mins for me to cook & has super healthy ingredients, so it’s tasty and doesn’t make me feel terrible afterwards like a lot of Asian prepackaged products. I found it at Whole Foods Berkeley but I think they’re at a bunch of other stores too http://staranisefoods.com
