spaghetti!

I've been busy working on a fun post about making dumplings. Every time I go to take a picture, the light isn't great, so it's coming along slowly.


Boring old angel hair pasta with jar sauce and nooch. Toasted ciabatta bread with a little earth balance and garlic powder. Very simple and plain, but very comforting. There's a cold going around at work and I've finally caught it. I slept 13 hours last night! What a waste of the day. Hopefully I'll pull myself together enough to make some decent posts.

13 hours is hardly a waste! I'd say it's glorious, especially if you're chilly and sniffly. Then again, that's easy for me to say as I sit at work, pining for my bed. :)

I also love "nooch". I keep some in a used spice container and place it on the kitchen table and whenever I eat something that's compatible with it, I sprinkle a ton on. It's to bad we can't bake with it though(seems to disactivate the yeast in my experience), otherwise I would make "nooch" bread!
