clockwise from top: Tofurkey Italian sausage, asparagus, grilled with lemon and garlic, corn on the cob with chili-lime butter and black sea salt, and Mercedes' Asian cole slaw (which, by the way, is amazing. Everyone loved it.)
for dessert, grilled pineapple with Chicago Soy Dairy peach cobbler ice cream. Not the best picture, but I really wanted to eat it!
