Pistachio and Plum Crumble
Plums were on sale at the store and I remembered I had seen a great recipe for Pistachio and plum crumble over at Desert Candy. Mercedes uses greengages in hers but the regular plums ones I used worked just fine. I added another teaspoon or two of brown sugar to the fruit since greengages tend to be a little sweeter.
