Greek Night



Clockwise from top right: Lemon-spinach couscous, tomatoes and cucumbers with dill dressing, garlic hummus, whole-wheat pita, garlic-thyme fava beans (inspired by The Urban Vegan's post about fava beans), and sauteed oyster mushrooms.

they're really delicious, but best if you buy them fresh. the recipe I linked to is excellent.
