Since we're all spectacularly lazy, and there were carbs to be eaten, we decided to just go ahead and make a whole pitcher of mojitos.
Chris supplied the recipe for our mojitos, so I'm not exactly sure what it was, but all the recipes I see online say 1 part rum, 3 parts club soda, 1/2 part sugar, mint leaves and lime. Ours was probably three parts rum, as we just dumped in the whole bottle, as we are disgusting.

I'm over 21. Waaaay over 21. I checked out your profile see you're in Buffalo. I'm just over the border in Burlington, Ontario. (waves) We travel to Niagara Falls, Amherst, Buffalo about 3 times a year to stock up on all the veggie delights that you have in USA that we seem to be deprived of here in Canada. If you could let me know of some choice stores to visit, I would be most greatful.
We've gotten quite interested and involved in making cocktails at home. My drink of choice lately is a cosmopolitan, but mojitos seem to be hot right now. I should get some mint and start mixing.
