an Introduction

I suppose an introduction is in order here.

My name is Jill, I'm 25 and I am currently living in Buffalo, New York.


I have been vegan for about five years or so. I founded and still moderate the Cheap Vegan community on livejournal.

The problem with running a vegan community is that politics takes over more often than not. I'm not here to argue with people about veganism. Especially other like minded people.

So, full disclosure, I eat small amounts of honey (usually with hot water and lemon when I have a bad sore throat) and refined sugar. One time I ate a veggie egg roll at JFK airport because I thought I was going to faint from hunger. Anyway, I digress....


Aside from that, I went to College for photography, and I am currently working as a waitress, and selling my work on the side. I'll probably post pictures of my cat on this blog from time to time.
